About Owner & Operator
Sonja Madsen Mills
Sonja has 25 years of experience providing strategic HR advice and guidance to business leaders at Fortune 500, national, & locally-based businesses. Sonja holds Bachelor of Education & a Bachelor of Commerce Degrees from the University of Alberta and has held her CPHR designation since 2006.
When not busy with consulting, Sonja enjoys being active in her community through volunteering on committees and coaching.
