As I mark the end of my first year in business, I find myself reflecting on what has been an extraordinary journey. The past twelve months have been filled with new experiences, learning opportunities, and countless moments of gratitude. Launching an HR consulting firm is no small feat, but the support I've received from clients, partners, and community has been nothing short of incredible. Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate Madsen HR's key achievements, share what I've learned along the way, and unveil exciting plans for the year ahead.

Key Learnings from Year One

Entering new industries and collaborating with diverse clients has been one of the most rewarding aspects of our inaugural year. This year, I had the privilege of gaining professional exposure to new industries including forestry, digital marketing, and health and wellness. Each brought its unique challenges and opportunities, allowing a broading of my expertise and strengthing my adaptability as an HR professionals.

• New Service Offerings: In response to the needs of clients, I am developing new services designed to help businesses meet their people needs in an affordable, sustainable, and scaleable way.
